This session focuses on solder skills and toolkit contents. Even in today’s “plug’n’play” society, there are times when the soldering iron needs to come out of storage. As with all skills, the less we use them, the rustier we get, so this is a fun discussion on how to get the job done. We also talk about toolkit contents – what are your “must haves” and what are the things that you’d never considered before, but deem essential now (cat cable testers, for example, or thermal imagers).
